Occupancy in 2007 & 2008 for June, July and August has been 100%. Medium Season months @ 75%.

The weekly prices are shown on the 2009 table, for some weeks but not July / August for up to 6 persons occupying the villa the prices can be reduced contact us for details. The changeover day is Saturday. ( Arrivals after 16:00 hrs, Departures before 10:00hrs ) Villa Rosa is a no Smoking Villa, no pets or animals are allowed.
