Villa Rosa is a luxury villa set in a tranquil location and is just 1km from the typically Catalan village of Santa Cristina, Costa Brava. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach and close to the beautiful Les Gavarres Nature Reserve. Villa Rosa sleeps 11 people and is a wonderful holiday retreat. The theme is rustic with dark oak Catalonian furniture, colonial ceiling fans and high wooden beamed ceilings. Its vast with a private saline pool, pool side annex and double garage. Complete with a new child safety fence and gate to prevent access from the main villa to the pool. The Villa buildings are fully equipped to cater for all of your holiday needs to include dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, full HD 1080P TV, Blu Ray Disc Player,  Freesat satellite reception. IPOD player, CD Player, radio and table tennis.

Santa Cristina has several good restaurants and all necessary amenities. The coast and the two sandy beaches of S’Agaró, much favoured by the Catalans, are 6km while golfers have a choice of two 18 hole courses within a 10 minute drive. Vibrant Platja d’Aro with its family water park is 5km. Walkers and cyclists will be spoilt for choice at Romanyà (7km) which boasts an intricate network of country trails through stunning scenery. There is a nature walk and mountain cycle track directly behind the villa. The main cycle route to Girona and the coast is 4 minutes by cycle from the villa.

Great care and attention to detail has been paid to the decoration of the house both inside and out with the results displaying quality, flair and very good taste. .High ceilings, wooden beams and a most attractive colour scheme catch the eye. The principal bedroom is a beautiful shade of cornflower blue with a range of in-built wardrobes and a wide archway leading into the spacious bathroom. A  fully equipped kitchen leads through to the dining room and living area or, via sliding doors, onto a shaded, dining terrace with in-built BBQ.
