Just 1km from the typically Catalan village of Santa Cristina, only a 10 minute drive to the beach and close to the beautiful Les Gavarres Nature Reserve, Villa Rosa sleeps 8-11 people and is a wonderful holiday retreat. The theme is rustic but stylish with wrought iron beds, dark oak Catalonian furniture, colonial ceiling fans and high wooden beamed ceilings. Its also vast with a private pool side annex and double garage. There is parking, within the grounds, for up to 10 cars. The Villa is equipped with full HD 1080P TV, Blu Ray Disc Player,  Freeview satellite reception. IPOD player, CD Player and radio.

Santa Cristina has several good restaurants and all necessary amenities. The coast and the two sandy beaches of S’Agaró, much favoured by the Catalans, are 9km while golfers have a choice of two 18 hole courses within a 10 minute drive. Vibrant Platja d’Aro with its family water park is 8km. Walkers and cyclists will be spoilt for choice at Romanyà (7km) which boasts an intricate network of country trails through stunning scenery.

Great care and attention to detail has been paid to the decoration of the house both inside and out with the results displaying quality, flair and very good taste. .High ceilings, wooden beams and a most attractive colour scheme catch the eye. The principal bedroom is a beautiful shade of cornflower blue with a range of in-built wardrobes and a wide archway leading into the spacious bathroom. A modern, fully equipped kitchen leads through to the dining room and living area or, via sliding doors, onto a shaded, dining terrace with in-built BBQ.

Just a few steps from the house, adjacent to the swimming pool sits a cosy annex ideal for those looking for that extra degree of privacy while still being very much a part of the holiday environment. Here you will find a further comfortable lounge area together with a well furnished bedroom and attractively decorated shower room.
